Both Can Be True
Welcome.

Founder of Both Can Be True.
I don’t fit into one box — and I don’t believe you’re meant to either.
For more than two decades, I have worked across the full landscape of mental health — from community-based care and residential treatment to private practice, clinical supervision, and graduate education. I teach in the Counseling Psychology program at the University of San Francisco, where I train the next generation of therapists to lead with depth, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
I build spaces that shift people.
My work lives at the intersection of science and soul — nervous system research and embodied leadership, relational systems and intuitive knowing. I believe rigor and reverence can coexist. Strategy and spirit can coexist. Power and tenderness can coexist.
Both can be true.
Alongside my clinical and academic work, I guide people through Human Design, astrology, tarot, and oracle practices — not as escape, but as reclamation. Intuition is not separate from intelligence. It is another language of wisdom. My work helps people remember their internal authority and expand into lives that feel aligned, embodied, and brave.
On stages and in organizations, I speak about burnout, compassion fatigue, authentic leadership, mental wellness, embodied self-trust, and the courage required to live visibly. I do not perform. I embody. I do not just deliver content. I lead rooms into honesty, into expansion, into grounded activation.
I am not interested in surface transformation.
I am interested in sustainable expansion.
In emotional intelligence as leadership.
In healing that ripples through families, classrooms, teams, and communities.
In work that outlives the moment.
This space exists for the thinkers and the feelers.
For the leaders who refuse to shrink.
For the healers who are done fragmenting themselves.
For the ones who know there is more.
You do not have to choose between ambition and authenticity.
Between visibility and vulnerability.
Between success and softness.
Both can be true.
And you are capable of holding it all.
